Condoguys continues to grow with three primary directors Tony Cikes, Todd Talbot, and Jason Codling as well as a team of experts we partner with to facilitate all areas of real estate transactions, management and planning.

From the beginning of his marketing and selling career in 1990, Tony Cikes has utilized the many ‘tools of the trade’ to facilitate top sales results consistently.

Born and raised in Vancouver, Tony Cikes grew up in a family familiar with real estate (his father, Vlado Cikes, is a well respected and established local developer); Tony Cikes understands and values the importance of each of his clients' individual needs.

Tony is fully dedicated to meeting and exceeding each client's expectations. The Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver has recognized Tony Cikes' sales achievements year after year by honoring him with the Medallion Club award, which is only presented to the top 10% of all Realtors in Greater Vancouver!

Tony is a part of a weekly North American Mastermind group focused on real estate and is  coached by the leading Real Estate coach Tom Ferry. Tony is also an active member of REIN (Real Estate Investment Group) researching the latest real estate data in Canada. Tony spent his early career with Rennie Marketing working to market developments in the downtown core – this and his subsequent 10 years in the industry gives Tony a distinct knowledge base and advantage over the competition.

Passionate about design, technology and the internet. Jason brings a unique creative talent and over 10 years experience in marketing, design and internet technologies.

In 1998, Jason was awarded a New Media and Design certificate from the internationally recognized Vancouver Film School. As an accomplished Designer and Creative Director for various new media companies, he has worked on local and international projects for clients including Molson Indy, Ford Racing, du Maurier Arts, Condé Nast Publications and Speed Channel before joining the Condoguys real estate team.
