Condoguys will coordinate with realtors, owners, and tenants on your behalf to arrange property viewings based on your schedule & availability. Where possible, we’ll try to schedule consecutive appointments on nearby properties to make the most efficient use of your time and allow for more accurate back-to-back comparisons.

Condoguys can also provide you with a post-comparative report of the properties to help determine which ones, if any, are best suited for you. Need a second opinion? We would be happy to schedule repeat viewings of any properties if you need another look.

Have Some Fun

If you like going to “Open Houses” and “Show Homes” on your own, we encourage you to go! We can provide you with a schedule and detailed info for any properties you’re interested in. One thing to remember -- the “Open House” host agent works for the seller, not you or your best interests.

If you find a property you like, we can arrange a private showing for you, prepare a detailed market analysis or even help you write an offer to make sure your best interests are represented.

After each set of showings we will sit down with you to reflect, review, and revise your search criteria as needed. Our macro-to-micro approach takes the pressure off and helps you focus in and find your perfect home with no anxiety.
